Pengelompokkan Pelanggan PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya menggunakan Algoritma K-Means Clustering

This study aims to determine which areas should get a high capacity of clean water from customer water sales data of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. The data is managed using the Data Mining method with the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The information generated is in the form of a group of customers whose water use is classified as wasteful, moderate and economical, so PDAM Surya Sembada can find out how many customers use wasteful water so that later it can be followed up on. The results of the study showed 3 groups of extravagant customers, 3 groups of moderate customers, and 17 groups of thrifty customers.
