Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources.
Plants owned by Indonesia are very diverse, ranging from
low-level plants to high-level plants. One of the functions
of plants in Indonesia can be used as medicinal plants.
Medicinal plants consist of various species, habitus, and
their properties. Medicinal plants are cultural and national
heritage based on experiences that have been passed down
from generation to generation. This study aims to
determine the types of medicinal plants in the forest area
of Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. This type of
research uses the Plotless method. The results of the study
found as many as 12 types of herbaceous plants. The
highest important value index in Ageratum conyzoides
species is 54.17% and Oplismenus burmanii is 36.80%.
Diversity index is low
