Abstract

The use of syntetic pesticides is significantly contentious due to a number of interacting factors, notably the fact that all major insect pests develop resistence to diferrent classes of chemical in the secticides used against them around the world. Used as an integral part of intregated pest Management (IPM) used in both conventional and organic agriculture. To increase the endotoxin production yield that has potential to increase insecticidal activity, the optimal glucose concentration used were 6 and 8 g/L. Te difference between the residual effect and efficacy studies stems from the presence or absence of environmental parameters vegetation, insolation, and dilution. The higest mortality of 33.3, 7.1 and7.1 % waas observed in T.orichalcea, H.armigera and M.separata, respectively. The highest mortality was recorded by VLBt135 against T.oricalsea and M.overall, the four hydrochloride cartapace interaction were antagonistic.
