Abstract

 Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by impaired insulin selection, insulin action or both. Diabetes is nicknamed the “mother of disease” because it can cause other complications. Diabetes Mellitus is widespread in Bagor District, Nganjuk Regency. To see the area with the highest distribution in the District of Bagor, it is necessary to make a regional grouping to determine the severity of diabetes mellitus by using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is one of the most commonly used algorithms to group the same data into certain groups and different data into other groups. The purpose of this study was to classify the spread of diabetes mellitus and its distribution center. The results of this study are grouping the distribution areas of diabetes mellitus in Bagor District. The cluster 1 center with a high level of distribution is 6 villages including Balongrejo, Ngumpul, Bagorkulon, Selorejo, Banarankulon, Banaranwetan, and cluster center 0 with a low level distribution of 15 villages.
